THE APPROACH
Mainly candid, but we know we'll want a few nice ones.
We hear it from almost every couple we meet. You're right on both counts. You want your day exactly as it happened: the nerves, the laughter, your grandad's face during the vows. And you'll want a handful of beautiful photographs of the two of you, the kind that go on the wall.
What you don't want is to spend your wedding being photographed. So we've built the way we work around giving you both, without taking your day away from you.

Most of your day, you won't see me working. I read the room early and set the light before anyone walks in. So when the real moments arrive, unplanned as they always are, they're already lit. That's why candid photographs from your day look like they belong on a gallery wall.

THE PHILOSOPHY
Real moments.
Gallery-level light.
The craft happens before the moment, not during it. I place lights around the room while guests are still arriving, so I never have to stop your day to get a good picture. Nobody will ask you to repeat a kiss or hold a laugh. When something real happens, it's already lit.

Two photographers, so nothing is missed.
While one of us is with you, the other is with your guests. You get the speech and the faces reacting to it, the first kiss and your mum's tears in the third row. Add film, and our videographer works from the same plan, so you never have two crews competing for the same moment.

Portraits in 30 to 35 minutes, not two hours.
We plan your portraits before the day: where the light will be, which spots work, what time to slip away. On the day it's a short walk, a few gentle prompts, and you're back with a drink in your hand. If the day runs late or the weather turns, we shorten the plan, not your drinks reception.

Groups that don't eat your drinks reception.
You approve a group list in advance, and we'll help you keep it to the groups that matter. While you're with your guests, our second photographer gathers each group. You step in, we take it, you step straight back to the party.

Weddings, recently.
Every wedding gets the same discipline, wherever it happens.A winter celebration at St Osyth Priory. A Bay of Naples sunset at Villa Crawford. A Malay tea ceremony and toasting game at Friern Manor. A Tudor-manor evening at Seckford Hall. Different days, the same approach: the day as it happened, and a few photographs worth framing.
Members of the wedding party, family and friends all commented on how relaxed he made them feel. Nothing was obtrusive, and the shots we've received are beyond our wildest dreams. He absolutely understood us as a couple and what is important to us. The consultation
A relaxed conversation about your day, your vision, and how you want it remembered. No obligation. Just clarity on whether we are the right fit for each other.

The pre-wedding shoot
Less a photoshoot, more a walk with a camera. If you’re awkward in front of a lens, this is where that goes. By the wedding you’ve stopped noticing us, which is exactly when the candid photographs get good.

The timeline
We plan around your day, not around the photos. Portraits take around 30 minutes, in short windows, so you're never away from your guests for long.

The day
Two photographers working quietly in the background. Most guests won't remember us being there; they'll just find themselves in the gallery.

The delivery
A sneak peek within 24 hours. Your full gallery within six to eight weeks. Physical products — albums, prints — crafted and delivered with the same care as the photography itself.

An artist who chose
weddings — not a
wedding photographer
who developed ambitions.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Photography. Before I photographed weddings, I exhibited work in galleries across Paris, Washington DC, Lisbon, Berlin, Barcelona, Athens, Belgrade and The Hague. I have travelled to over fifty countries. I got married in Italy — so I understand, at a personal level, everything you are about to feel.
I came to weddings from diagnostic imaging, where I spent the pandemic in a windowless room watching people receive the worst news of their lives. Weddings were the complete inversion of that — pure joy, every person you love gathered in one place. I found I could bring to them everything I had wanted from photography: travel, beautiful settings, portraiture, storytelling, and the creation of something that outlasts the day it was made.
