THE APPROACH
Photography is not
a service.
It is a commission.
Before weddings, I worked in diagnostic imaging — twelve hours a day in a windowless room, watching the worst moments of people's lives unfold through a lens. No good news ever came through that door.
Weddings were the opposite of everything I had witnessed. Pure joy. The only day in a person's life where every person they love is present in the same room — apart from their funeral. Being chosen to document that felt like a responsibility I needed to take seriously.

My background in fine art photography — studying formally, exhibiting internationally across eight world cities — means I bring a discipline and intentionality to every frame that goes beyond pointing a camera at a beautiful moment and hoping.
I choose when to shoot. I set the light. I compose the scene before I press the shutter. The result is photography that looks elevated even when it is entirely candid — because the craft is present in every single frame.

THE PHILOSOPHY

Most wedding photographers work with whatever light the venue provides and hope that something beautiful emerges from it. I work differently. Every frame I take has been assessed — the room read, the light set, the moment chosen. My use of off-camera flash creates a consistent, elevated quality even in candid moments that available light simply cannot achieve.
This is not about controlling your day. It is about caring enough about the result to give every image the attention it deserves. The photographs you receive will look like they belong in a gallery — because they were made with the same discipline I applied when they did.

Lighting as the signature
My non-negotiable. Off-camera flash, placed with precision throughout the venue, elevates every frame — creating a consistency of quality that sets the work apart from photographers relying on natural light alone.

Legacy over immediacy
These images are not made for Instagram. They are made for walls, albums, and the generations that come after you. True-to-colour, classically edited, with no trend-chasing that will date them in five years.

Intentional over reactive
I stand back. I assess. I create the conditions for extraordinary moments before I raise the camera. The quiet, reflective in-between frames — the car journey, the moment before the aisle — these are where the real images live.

The pre-wedding shoot
Before the day, we spend time together with a camera. You learn how to be in front of a lens. I learn how to read you. The best wedding photographs happen because of this.

The timeline
I work with you to build a day schedule that protects the moments that matter and gives the photography the time it needs — without the day becoming a photoshoot.

The day
Two photographers. Intentional lighting. A calm, observational presence that reads every room before raising the camera. Coverage from preparation through to the evening.

A sneak peek within 24 hours. Your full gallery within six to eight weeks. Physical products — albums, prints — crafted and delivered with the same care as the photography itself.

who developed ambitions.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Photography. Before I photographed weddings, I exhibited work in galleries across Paris, Washington DC, Lisbon, Berlin, Barcelona, Athens, Belgrade and The Hague. I have travelled to over fifty countries. I got married in Italy — so I understand, at a personal level, everything you are about to feel.
I came to weddings from diagnostic imaging, where I spent the pandemic in a windowless room watching people receive the worst news of their lives. Weddings were the complete inversion of that — pure joy, every person you love gathered in one place. I found I could bring to them everything I had wanted from photography: travel, beautiful settings, portraiture, storytelling, and the creation of something that outlasts the day it was made.
